YOGA & WELLNESS COURSE CREATION

I created a Board Authorized Course (BAA course) to meet the needs of students while I was teaching at Maple Leaf High School in Dalian, China. Yoga has been central to my life for many years so I was excited to offer its teachings to my students. Over 90 students enrolled in the course during the year I offered it, and the course has continued to be offered even after my departure from the school.
